SOUTHEASTERN CHESTER COUNTY REFUSE AUTHORITY (SECCRA)    

The Southeastern Chester County Refuse Authority (SECCRA) provides solid waste and recycling disposal services to residents in southern Chester County. The landfill is located at 219 Street Road, West Grove, PA 19380, only about 15 minutes from the Oxford Borough.
