"Serving Southern Chester County"

News from the Oxford Area Senior Center

Are you over the age of 65 and have questions regarding the complicated Medicare Part D decisions you need to make?  Are you in need of finding what state or county services are available for senior citizens?  Need a place to interact or socialize with people your own age?   If the answer to any of these questions is YES, then call us
or stop by to see what the Oxford Area Senior Center can do for you.  We have a trained Information & Referral Specialist to help you with some of the complicated issues you are facing.
Do you or someone you know need a nutritious noon-time meal?
The Oxford Area Senior Center offers a noon-time meal (your choice of hot or cold) for senior citizens over 60 years old.  These meals not only taste great but also meet all of the nutritional requirements of the Department of Aging.  You can also order a take-home cold meal consisting of a salad or sandwich including side dishes.  A three (3) day advance reservation is required.  Adonation of $1.50 per meal is requested.  We serve over 6,000 meals each year to senior residents of Southern Chester County.  Please call or stop by the Center for menu selections and to place your order.
Please call or email us if you would like to receive our monthly newsletter containing our daily menus and all of the activities, programs and services available to seniors.
The Oxford Area Senior Center is accessible to all Chester County senior residents by the Rover (Paratransit) senior bus service.  For more information on Rover, please contact us.
